In this experiential circle, we’ll blend sacred sharing with guided practices that align body, mind and spirit. Through breathwork, subtle movement, and energetic activation, you will:

ABOUT THE CIRCLE
This is a sacred space, gently held by shared agreements that protect its mystery, depth, and emotional safety. These foundations allow each woman to be fully seen, deeply heard, and held with reverence.
We sit in a circle, no hierarchy, no podiums, no corners. Every voice is equal.
One woman speaks at a time. Others listen with openness and full presence.
We speak from the heart, not just the head, sharing lived truth, not commentary.
We use “I” language to honour and own our personal experiences.
Sharing is always optional. Silence is sacred. You are your own authority.
This is a space free from advice, fixing, therapy or feedback. We simply witness.
Judgement, comparison, and critique are left at the door.
What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Confidentiality is a sacred agreement.
These simple yet profound principles create a sanctuary where transformation, connection, and truth can naturally unfold.

For more than twenty years, I've been leading Sacred Circles, retreats, and workshops and offering inspirational coaching to women who are ready to reconnect with their purpose, passion, and inner truth.
My work fuses ancient wisdom traditions, mindfulness, and contemporary approaches to unlock the deeper potential within us all. Together, we explore the realms of mental, emotional, intuitive, and spiritual intelligence, discovering pathways to clarity and inspiration.
